Well I went out to the garage and pulled one of the lug nuts, it's definitely the wrong type. So I have to see if the dealer has a set in stock I can grab tomorrow. Thanks for the heads-up!

Thanks for the info! I'll dig into it and see if I can find anything. The thread engagement seemed shallow but I assumed since they're factory wheels and Nissan lugs, that they were correct...hmmm....
