Thank you, so, I was looking at the wrong connector, the ones that handles the ASE and ANC all together is the small thin one with the connectors 1-15. I thought by disconnecting the entire plug would work but it does and doesn’t, wires 1-4 provide audio input to the speakers. 5-13, 6-14, 7-15...
