Z needs wider tires on the rear. I'm running 295's on my 19" Nismo wheels. Doing drag races on engines that are not even broken in properly is ridiculous.
Don't care for the Supra interior. Looks too much like every other BMW. Love the blue Z interior.
Supra exterior is AWFUL and I would be embarrassed to drive one.
Toyota dealers don't know how to work on a BMW.
Few easy AMS mods (not saying it will be cheap) and the Z will be at 450HP.
I posted this on April 20. I was off by only $1,000.

Would not surprise me if the Performance is around $51K. A Q60 Red Sport is $59K. Same engine. Same factory. Made in Japan. Nissan just spent over $300 million renovating Tochigi. I would bet Nissan wanted to keep it under $50K...
Supras are excellent cars, and will be the only way to get the B58 engine with a manual as I understand it. Ultra performance is not the end all, be all with me, even though I will do some mods to the Z when I get one. I just can't abide by the Supra's looks and that most Toyota dealers don't...
It will be great on-street. It won't beat you up. I drive my 370Z all over the country and it's comfortable, even while I have a HKS coilover suspension on it.
50K for the Performance is exactly what I was expecting. The engine is costly to manufacture. The V6 TT will cost more to maintain properly than the 370Z's V6. And like the 370, it requires premium gas which will be $5/gallon soon. This is not an economy car.
This car looks like trash, I'm sorry. Being over 50, I would feel like an idiot going on a date in the Supra. It looks like it was designed for 15-year olds who can't even drive. The only decent color is black, which hides the weird lines. Hate the duckbill on the back also. It's a shame since...
I will be happy with AMS-type upgrades (like what they have done with the Q50/Q60 Red Sports) that get the Z up to around 450hp. More is a great way to get you killed, LOL.
