Finally getting some parts for the Z! Got my new Z1 shift knob and Seibon spoiler.
OEM knob was a pain to loosen but eventually got it with a strap wrench. They added an immense amount of loctite to it lol. New shift knob feels great in the hand! Its a little slick but because its small you can easily hold it. Very happy with it.
I also took a risk a decided to buy the new DA style carbon spoiler from Seibon. I havent seen this on any other Z's but I thought it looked good on their site. Reminds me of my dads 240 growing up. I honestly love the way it turned out. I wasnt sure about the overhang (wider than the trunk) at first but I looked through a ton of old Z photos with spoilers and it seems like all of them were overhanging a little bit (including my dads).
I like the way it looks now that its on. I know Seibon stuff can be hit or miss but I was pleasantly surprised with this. Quality looks great, it didnt add any weight (very light), fitment is a 9.5/10 and it actually bolts on using the factory holes which was the biggest selling point for me. I saw a spoiler from Street Hunter but im not risking $1k+ spoiler with just tape that seems insane. Bolts are a must for me and this thing is very sturdy. Installation was a breeze once I got through all the adhesive they added to the oem spoiler.
Im undecided if I want to add a little foam tape under the tiny gaps on the sides of the spoiler. By design its raised slightly so it doesnt hit your paint when closing the trunk but I may try some foam just to fill the gap / add some added protection. In my pics youll be able to see the tiny raised gap im talking about.
I also added my new emblem to it which didnt show up the greatest in my pics unfortunately lol.
Just need to order my wheels, exhaust, and coilovers now!

Stance looks good and how I prefer it. What coilovers did you go with?Been forever since I posted in this lol. Finally got my Fortune Auto 510s installed. Also did some tint, paint correction/ ceramic (need better pics), and carbon katanas from Axis.

Where is your ride height set? I had a dealership install mine and they set it at stock height. They’re going to lower it after the suspension settles. Your cars stance is perfect!

Bronze TE37s on white looks great! Better contrast than your usual black on white. Make sure your alignment is recalibrated, maybe a touch of neg camber up front. Honestly I'm not sure lol. I just let my local shop do their thing. I just told them i didn't want to rub. Its over an inch tho.
Thanks! My shop got me pretty dialed in for having stock arms. I think this summer ill add some camber / toe arms to really get it perfect but i was surprised how close in the range they were able to get me.Bronze TE37s on white looks great!
