Yea that is a dealership being scummy and overcharging. But at the end of the day it's up to the buyer to decide how much they are ok paying. You can haggle, you can walk and see if they drop it or wait and see if they drop it as it sits or just go elsewhere.

One would also assume electronically limited not power limited. Many cars are limited based on other components (such as tires) so that the top speed doesn't go higher than other fail points can handle.

Absolutely, even a baseline tune is gonna net you some noticeable gains and an improved power curve.

The stock shifter is technically a short shifter already and a very good height imo. I've done short shifters on past cars but this one doesn't feel like it needs any shorter.

They are terrible in the cold/snow/wet. Anything will make them spin and slide.

Especially if you arent replacing intercoolers since this one covers the ugly stock boxes up!

Yea I would wait until it actually starts failing to do anything there. If it starts slipping you should have plenty of time to just baby it until you can get it replaced.
