You can see the NAV on the dash around the 5:57 mark.

Interesting…well that is disappointing that we won’t get it, but again it’s only for looks from a function perspective the smaller screen with directions will work

But definitely news a group of us were under impression it didn’t work…I wish Nissan made it so the two units spoke together so google maps showed, then there would be no issue at all

My concern is the 8" is said to not have NAV. So does that mean we lose the feature of the NAV screen on the dash gauge?

Unfortunately this is correct. Only 9" version will display maps on the dash.

Disappointing indeed.. I was fine not having NAV with the smaller 8" screen. But I was hoping somehow the dash could still show the NAV when connecting your phone. Not a huge deal but still.. ?
