Hi guys, finally the first Nissan Z in Spain is with me!

One quick question, since I'm registering the car, in here rear side markers are not allowed, so either I have to order the JDM ones (just reflector) or unplugged them and get them covered somehow.

Is it easy to unplugged them? I guess through the trunk? And also, am i gonna get any message in the dashboard if they are not connected?

Thanks in advance, actually 3 questions sorry haha.

P.S. One quick pic of the car after collection

Like these?

Also, there's a company that sells stickers that go over them. I can't find it now.

OR, find a person here from Australia and trade them yours for theirs.
Exactly like those, in Nengu Performance they have them cheaper. Yeah trading option with australian member might be considered too.

My main concern is about getting any message in dashboard after unplugged them, any idea?

If the bulb is unplugged from the back of the marker, you could plug an identical bulb in to the harness inside the car. It would glow between the steel and carpet.

Wow Spain does not like side markers. Interesting. Parece un idea que no tiene sentido. Suerte.

No, side markers only if vehicles are longer than 6 metres and has to be orange, so red one it's not an option, maybe orange can pass the inspection. Gracias amigo!

Good lord $100 bucks for the clear ones? Why?

Also you could vinyl wrap them to match the car.

Yeah thanks, might do that. If painting bulbs black (i guess with a paint that manages certain temperatures) plus vinyl do you think it's gonna be like no light there?

Vinyl should block out all the light. Not that the bulbs get crazy hot or anything but you could buy high heat bbq grill spray paint

Why are they not allowed there? they're a safety feature

Just unplug them. I don't think there is a single bulb in the car that will trigger a check engine light.
