It is the Greddy. I was all set to purchase the Nismo version from a salvage yard when I came across this. After comparing side by side pictures I chose this one.
Thanks for the confirmation! I really like the look of it, did it mount up using any of the factory holes from the OEM Performance model spoiler? Safe to assume you had to drill into the car to mount the smaller sections on the fenders?

The part that mounts to the hatch used the stock bolt holes. The end pieces are held on with generous strips of 3M tape.
