How does that AWE track edition sound?

I got one as well but need to wait until Spring to install it.

Still in the shop getting finishing touches. Z1 shifter knob is the last thing being installed. As you know, not easy! I will post clips of AWE Exhaust sound in the next couple of days. I listened to it whilst on the rack. Deeper throaty sounding. Under a load will be different. Only a little bit louder without exhaust. As it is going through the turbos, it naturally muffles the sound. Not like the old days with Glass Packs lol

Update! Don’t ever try to change shift knobs! Even with using vice grips to hold the shaft. The linkage still broke! Having to get new shift linkage! Ugh! May this be a warning lol

Tochigi factory workers are loctite enthusiasts for sure. Ive read half a dozen stories already of linkage breaks or thread strips getting these knobs off.

Love the support all of you give! The only silver lining in this, is that the shifter bar comes without the stock knob. As such, I will be able to put the Z1 shift knob on! 😊😊😊

Added a bit of bracing, and new hoses. Also switched out mufflers for straight pipes. Sounds much better now! 😊

Oof, how hard was it to get that shift knob off? Gonna have to do that soon to install my short shifter. Looks solid!
