This might be a dumb question, and I thought I had done all my research before buying my wheels, but I've been noticing some owners recommending a squared setup for the Sport. I bought wheels for a staggered setup. Will there be any issues when I install them? The STOCK wheels are all 18s with a 9 inch width and different offsets (I think +44 and +15). I'm moving to a 9.5 and 10.5 for the rear (+22 offset all around).

I already accepted that the rear tires will wear quicker and they can't be rotated, because it's already like that (+44 would look ridiculous on the rear)

Anyways, did I mess up?

You will be perfectly fine with those sizes, don't worry!

Guys who actually go to the track (road course, not drag strip) will often run square wheel and tire setups for easy rotation. For a street car, it is much less of a concern.

It is also not a Sport v. Performance trim issue, the wheel wells and fenders are all the same size and will accommodate the same wheels. The only difference that anyone could run into is with wheel clearance due to the larger Performance (and Nismo) brake calipers.

Speaking of that, do 18s have a harder time fitting over the Performance calipers? Do you what the size difference between calipers is?

I don't know the actual size difference, but 18s should fit over the Performance calipers in terms of clearance for the wheel diameter. Spoke clearance is another issue. For example, Z1 sells their brake kit that is just aftermarket Performance trim calipers and states that a 5mm spacer is needed in the front to clear factory Sport wheels. https://www.z1motorsports.com/all-n...big-brake-upgrade-front-and-rear-p-43420.html. The Performance trim calipers are the same Akebono calipers that were on various trims of the 370Z.

looks awesome.
did you end up running spacers?
any issue with break clearance?
Thank you! No spacers and no issues with break clearance. Suspension is next, but I have to save up first.

Looks good! I went with the same 9.5(255) front and 10.5(295) rear with some Swift R lowering springs 1.1" drop front and rear.

That looks great! I was planning to go around the same height when I get my suspension. Also love the Wangan sticker.

Thank you! I don't scrape any bumps around my area, fingers crossed. Discovered WMMT5DX+ at the arcade and couldn't resist putting on that sticker.
