again the orange fairlady Z has some other things not found on the sport or performance trim...namely the exhaust tips.

which do you like best? would you get the fairlady tips if it was a factory option?

i feel the original is best for the z, but i do appreciate nissan trying something different with the fairlady.

i started to do that initially, but decided to see how closely the oem fair.

after staring at the pics for a while, it looks like the designers were trying to match the look and size of the rear badge...interesting

It potentially could of been cooler if they had a "Nissan Z" plate or something like that in between the gap of the two exhaust tips, so it goes along with the "Nissan Z" stenciled on the tyres.

i thought that initially when i first realized what they were trying to convey. ultimately it would be badge overkill to have 3 on the rear.

or they could just add it to the tail pipes and remove the logo on the trunk, but if it's being used as a release lever that may not work...
