Been doing a bit of research and from what I can gather is I would have no issue with my intended setup.

I don't intend to track or lower my 24 perf. Z. Tire I'd go with is Michellen PS4.

I know the center bore is 1mm larger than stock but it seems like it should be negligible? Any advice, or possible fitment issues?

No fitment issues expected with what you posted, you'll be slightly under flush which should look fine at stock ride height.

I will also say that those Apex wheels look like a fine choice for a forged wheel, but if that is the price you're paying + tax and shipping you are definitely in the custom 3-piece (SSR, Work, etc) price range if you order directly from Japan. I tell everyone who will listen about Nengun.com for ordering Japanese wheels. Wheels that US retailers often sell for $4500-5000 a set end up being about $3500 even with the very expensive shipping from Japan.

I'll definitely check out the site, appreciate it.
