From what I can find it seems US is the only market that's getting the 'sport exhaust' system albeit only on AT cars.

Canada gets the sport exhaust on the auto as well,shows up on the Nissan Canada build site

Apologies so it does. It’s oddly not mentioned for AT Performance trim though safe to assume it’s the same deal as US.
