Tune a must for lower downpipes?

I think if you're going to run LDP's without a tune and have no desire to later go big turbo it should be the 2.5 inch type LDP's as those are not a huge difference over stock like a 3 inch. I would think a 3 inch LDP+exhaust has a higher chance of over-boost issues

This is the reason I decided to go with a consistent 60 mm all the way from turbine back.
