Got my Z back at the end of May and this past weekend was the first time I hand washed it. Looks absolutely stunning after the hand-wash. however on the hood I noticed a mark that I could not get off so it must be under the clear-coat I guess. Its super smooth in that spot - if I closed my eyes and rubbed there I wouldn't even notice it. So it's not on the exterior.

Kind of disheartening and I really don't want to take it back to the dealer and have it re-painted or something for fear it won't match the rest of the car. Also all of the issues I have heard with Nissan and their colors for the Z. This is the only Rosewood I have seen for hundreds of miles for sale online. Only a few for sale total in the USA.

Just really bummed but it's not bothering me a ton as I made it many months before i even noticed it. *sigh*

You could take it to a detailer to see what they think.

I might... I don't know - even if someone assures me they can make it right I am going to be very skeptical.

I get it. Ask around. Find a detailer that others like and trust. They can fix a lot of minor blemishes.
