All the reviews lately and not one thought to snap a pic of the sub ???

Now the gears are grinding on what enclosure to use and what my options are for the JL Audio components I prefer.

I run a single JL Audio Dual Coil 10TW3-D4 Sub in Custom Enclosure with the JL Audio RD500/1 Amplifier pushing power to the sub.

I love loud powerful bass I can feel, but still sound crisp, clear across all music types. Don't need to beat down the block but I'm still a bass head fo sho !!!

I would remove the stock sub and all the foam etc. To gain more cargo space. And put a new sub somewhere in back, with quick connect wires and fastener. To easily remove the sub when more cargo space is needed.

I agree, although step by step directions would have been nice.

From what I've read ...

1. Unplug and remove subwoofer.
2. Remove tools and hard-foam packing.
3. Add custom soundproofing and carpeting.
4. Done.

The extra lighting would be a bit harder.

I'd much prefer to put in a proper spare tyre instead.

What also seems to be missing from the new Z is the trunk privacy screen. You see a lot of these test drive videos have a bag of camera gear just sitting in the back - stop too fast and you're likely to get that expensive camera lens smacking you in the back of the head. (Although the roll-out privacy screen in some earlier Z cars might do a lot to stop it either.)

Whatever's in the back would have to get popped over the strut bar cover before that would happen.

it’s on the list of dealer accessories at some exorbitant price. No doubt identical to the 370z version.

Like most other companies, banks, etc. they're reducing functions/services while charging the same or more.
