Picked up a brand new 2026 Performance MT six days ago. 700 miles. Yesterday, a popping noise started inside the cabin from the clutch pedal when pressing in the clutch. Occurs about 2” into the down stroke. I looked around the pedal but can’t determine the source. Has anyone run into this? Very annoying. Thanks in advance for any help.

Mine does this too (intermittently). My G37 also did this. I vaguely recall having a bushing replaced on my G37, but I haven't done anything to address this on my Z.

sorry, my cluch does not make that noise.

3 things that could make that noise
1. clutch return spring
2. clutch pedal switch
3. clutch assembly(pins, where there is movement)

one other could be clutch stopper, but u mention it makes noise 2in after depressing clutch. so it couldnt be that.

another could be clutch master cylinder but its in the engine bay. it could make a noise inside the cabin though. only way to find out if it is the cylinder is to have some one depress the clutch and listen to the cylinder from the engine bay.

also, my g37 does not make this noise
