My passenger headlight is not flush at the outer corner

Anyone else out there have a headlight that isn't flush? The corner sticks out past the body and is also shifted down.

? What's your build date? Mine is Jan 24. Are you going to show it to the dealership? I am glad you responded because I was getting suspicious the dealer had crappily replaced it from lot damage or something (before I bought it) So this looks like the factory put this out. It's so weird because the driver's side is perfect.

You are correct. It's strange that the driver's side is flush just like your car. 1/24 was my manufacture date. Must be how the headlight is tilted down a bit more is my guess. I'm not overly concerned about so I probably won't do anything about it at the moment.

Now that I know it's not flush, it might drive me nuts, and I'll have to look into it more as I'll keep thinking about it. ?

Do other Nissan models have these build-quality issues, or only the low-volume Z? I feel like I didn't see these kinds of problems with my G35 and G37. I'm almost to the point where I'm ignoring the katana, but this would bug me a lot more.

I'm not sure. My last car was a 2014 q60 convertible. Everything was aligned perfectly except maybe one spot the chrome molding was slightly off. Me and Goldenuniverse are just lucky i suppose.?

My katana is also off on the passenger side like everyone else's but I do not have any issues with hood alignment, thank goodness. No rubbing, even gaps.

My 2022 Frontier has a high-pitched squeel coming from the vents when it is cold out, the car is warmed up and the heater is on full blast. Of course I took it to the dealer and they said they don't hear it. I even have a recording of it and they said they couldn't duplicate it. Which is just silly. Outside of that, it's solid and I love it.

My katana is also off on the passenger side like everyone else's but I do not have any issues with hood alignment, thank goodness. No rubbing, even gaps.

Same with katana on passenger side, it's a little off - no other issues, including headlight. Mine looks good.
