Scottsdale PD made all the news stations talking about how putting Christmas lights on your car was illegal in Arizona with this statement, "We're just trying to get it out there that from our traffic officers, the decorative lights are illegal." While they did follow up and say that they have more important things to ticket for, I still think that is exactly what the Grinch asked for.

never really understood the illegal use of lighting system laws but i guess people are easily distracted and confused these days.
