That is the OEM pump. I replaced it with a Walbro 525.

Hoping the Nismo baffle is a separate piece for the fuel pump. And is interchangeable to fit on the Sports/Performance fuel pump 
BMW e46 M3 had a fuel pump baffle that was a separate part that fit on any e46 3 series fuel pump. Saved $$$ on buying a new pump
