Rosewood FTW!

Dont order too many of them people!

I wonder what this Invidia exhaust sounds like 😁
It sounds awesome! I put one on this morning, and I was extremely impressed with the material quality, the perfect welds but mostly the deep clear note.

It is not loud, but it is deep and smooth and there's no nasty midrange rasp. Will probably sound absolutely killer with downpipes.

At first I didn't like the design as I was after more of a straight through style, but now it's on the car and I've been driving around all morning I am sold. Great exhaust.

@prospeedracing insta will have some videos of the exhaust up soon, they took a few this morning including a startup, a driveaway and a drive past. I put the boot in for the boys, ofc

(there's also a decent video on youtube you can listen to, having watched that and experienced the actual thing I can say the video sounds accurate if you turn it up)

Congrats to those who have received their car….
I’m butting in for a second to ask some advice.
As you know I pulled out of my Z order and got the BMW Z…so far it’s fantastic and I’m happy…..but the reason for me revisiting you guys apart from saying congrats…my son is about to purchase a Hyundai I20N new and is looking at paint protection.
I personally do not get paint protection and don’t really need it on my car as it’s garaged and. I have the time to give it a good hand polish.

Question to the peeps in WA. If you got paint protection…where from? And are you happy?
I believe dealers pretty much rip us off so looking at third party places that anyone has used

He lucked out…similar to the Nissan story, someone had one coming…finance fell through. He was in the right place at the right time.
Unlike his mother he seems to have the lucky gene 🤣🤣

Signed the paperwork today…it’s on the ship on the way over

Lucky! I am thinking about replacing my ageing fiesta St and the i20n would be perfect.

Personally I don’t see the appeal, but for a 21 year olds first new car, it’s affordable, has a good safety rating and comes with a good warranty , so who am I to say it’s ugly 🤭

I wish I could have afforded something like that when I was 21!

He has worked really hard, he currently is at uni for two days ( he stacks his days for 10 hours to fit in his job), and just got a part time job at the engineering firm where he was interning for three days a week 8 hours a day ( more during uni holidays) whilst he does his masters…then he referees soccer on Sunday, plays snd coaches Sat …no days off for him 🤣 and still fits in his girlfriend
Good news is, he loves his job

Edit…shout out to Hyundai Osborne Park…sold the car at $38990….can’t even buy a 2022 model for that price anymore

And yes I got him to throw in the car mats 🤣

Well the main difference between me at that age and your son is that I was lazy as. Bit jealous getting an i20n under 40k..

Hey @West Aussie. I would save the money and just use a product like the (turtle) hybrid solutions ceramic spray coat DIY. $50 a bottle and it works great. Sure will need reapplying more regularly, but it works really well. I use it on my kids white Hyundai which is parked outside. Saying that I also use it on my wife’s dark blue Q7. I don’t think it’s worth the investment on this value car.

I’m usually with you Hammo..I haven’t got protection on my car, and I wash and wax by hand. My car is worth far more
BUT two parts to this scenario
A…as mentioned, he is super busy rarely gets time to himself so he doesn’t trust himself to take the time to do it properly.
B…he will be parking on our front verge, which means under one of the councils (so we can’t cut it) peppercorn trees that drop, sap, leaves…and have the hordes of black cockatoos in them pooping

So in this case given the extreme nature of debris I think it would be worth while

P.S hope you are enjoying the Z. Saw a Proto at Subi Target on Thursday…looks good
