I didn't do any of the suggested above. I had the entire car ceramic coated on the exterior.
I had all the stock tint removed and replaced with Xpel brand.
I had the windsheild coated with Xpel clear UV tint.
All of that work, with lifetime ceramic maintainance was US$2300.
I clean my entire car with a spray bottle of filtered water and a few microfiber cloth towels.
The dirt rolls off and I have no wipe marks that are left over.
When you invest this much into a car, invest a bit more to protect it for the long run.
