can any nismo owner help me with a picture of a certain area

Looking to get back into a Z platform as i miss my nismo 370 i had which i sold during peak covid pricing.
I had a quick question and was wondering if any nismo owners can help me out.

With the 370z, the little tacked on nismo fender trims actually reduced clearance to fit good offset wheels and it was necessary to remove it for people who was running aggressive sizes on their wheel/tire set up. I am assuming this is the same for the new nismo from the few pictures i've seen of the trim area.

The question i have is, are they able to be removed without any traces of holes on the bumpers like on the 370? With the 370, all i had to do was drilled out the rivets and it was just held on by double sided tape. Looking at the parts diagram theres some kind of side finisher piece that looks to be riveted with the bottom rivet of the fender trim area. Anybody have any close up picture of that area. Been trying to find it by image searching but its practically impossible. It would be great if someone has a shot of that area. Thanks.

Here are photos of the front wheel well, as well as the bottom of the front bumper in front of the wheel. I'm not sure if this is what you needed, but I hope it helps.

I am on the fence about these little flares. Some days I like them some days I don't. I would definitely like to see a pic wit them removed.

Thank you so much!! It's exactly what i was looking for. Looks like that side finisher is like an extension on the bumper to fill up the gap from the fender liner. The 370 nismo had a similar thing but it was rivetted separately from the flare so you were able to remove the flare without any issues but with the new nismo it looks like i would have to re rivet that part if i remove it. I feel like it would be fine without having to re rivet since it looks to be rivetted in other areas but idk how flimsy it would be.

Yeah i am 50/50 on them on the RZ34. With a decent drop and some good offset, you actually have less wheel/tire clearance than stock body Z with them on though because it protrudes deep into the fender. I plan on getting a front end PPF so I have to figure out what I want to do before getting it done cause removing the flares after getting a PPF would require me to get the bumper and fender re PPFed and thats a waste of money ... So i have to make my decision on either removing the flares or shaving the flares before I get PPF done.

Did you de badge the "NISMO" on the rear bumper? I kind of like it without it, but not sure if I would remove it. Was it easy to remove?

I did front and rear. On a new car the come right off easy and you can just rub off any leftover tape with your finger without any residue. Be careful as the "M" is flimsy at the top where its thin.

Judging by your pics, the front should be fine with just a slight shaving maybe.
Rears are definitely going to need some modification to the trim or a removal as i plan to run wider wheels and go 315/30. If i keep the fronts, I would probably have to shave the rear along with it since it might look a little weird keeping only the front trims and not the rear. Need to talk to my fender guy and see if thats possible to shave clean.

At times i do prefer the cleaner look without the trims though so idk ... I don't have my car yet so i guess I still have some time to decide what i really want to do.

You will be fine, plenty of room both front and rear.

I'm going much more aggressive than that which is why i wanted some pics from a current owner. Didn't think i'd get these level of pics though lol. The Z community has always been a good group of people.
