Ok so I got the install done. Longest part was getting to the Bose amp in the back.

I grabbed the signal going into the amp but ASE is definitely still on.. I’m kind of confused. I guess I’ll see if the dealer can turn it off.
This is the post I looked at to figure out what wires I need to use. It said it would be the clean signal but I guess not..

I decided to pull the pins for ANC. That was the most annoying part. I think I partially broke one.. I honestly couldn’t figure out what locking mechanism was in the connector. But it’s all fixable.

My sub sits inside my trunk in my cargo net. Actually keeps it in place. I may move it later but it works for now.

Thanks again for your help. This really wasn’t a hard install at all. And if I hadn’t started so late, I would’ve spent more time to be patient with the ANC pins. Anyone who thinks they can do it definitely can.

Appreciate your help!

Congrats @chander0 ! I'm going to try and have the dealership turn off ASE when I go in for an oil change. I'm pretty sure, in my car, that ASE isn't on in normal mode and it only enables in sport mode. Good choice on sub. JL makes great stuff 👍

Not that anyone was curious... but the Skar EVL 12 loaded enclosure does fit in the trunk. I'm running this now with the Skar 1500.1 amp. LOTS of bass 🔊
