Anyone have a diagram for bumper removal

As the title says, any one have a diagram or video of a Z bumper removal. Later this month I am going to replace the oil cooler and heat exchanger, plan to do it on the 26th of this month. I heard it can be a real pain in the a$$.

My advice: Just go slow. Use the Low tack painters tape (the Blue one) on you fenders before you pop the plastic. Don’t leave it on for more than a couple of days & the tape comes off clean. Be careful of the wiring harnesses to the parking sensors. GL with your installs. Here’s a diagram of the parts:

no prob. Forgot to say you prob will have to put it on jack stands first to get to the #10 bolts that attach the plastic skid pan (24 in the diagram) to the bottom of the bumper. It’s harder to do without lifting the front end. It’s possible to do it on the ground, but not as easy to see them all.
