A simple way to get more bass out of the stock Bose sub.

I have the Bose and I made a few changes to get a cleaner audio out. Hopefully, this helps you all out and you're not just using bass boost on everything.

Android Auto
Apple Music

Bose Setup:
Bass (+3 clicks above center)
Treble (-3 clicks below max)

Apple Music Setup:
Audio Quality changed to Lossless
Equalizer Settings
60 Hz (+4 dB)
230 Hz & 910 Hz (-1dB & 0 dB)
4 kHz (+1 dB)
14 kHz (+2 dB)
Bass boost/surround sound off

Adjusted all the settings holding mic at my head height to get the frequencies to be clean and not distort or clip at higher volumes.

I did change my settings over to lossless for downloads and streaming but I do not see any adjustments on the EQ for Apple where I can adjust the 6Hz etc… The EQ shows Rock,Pop,R&B Jazz etc… Is the setting at the Nav in the car or your phone. Thx

It's on the apple music app itself. Once you select Equalizer and enable it, change it to user profile and then adjust it there.

Oh so that setting is on the nav screen? I will check that out because the system sounds like it just needs a little EQ tweak to get it sounding better .

It's on the phone app. So we are adjusting the audio quality before the Bose processing meddles with it.

This is the only menu I am getting in my settings. I‘m probably doing something wrong.
