FYI: Z1's youtube channel has a great video on installing the bushings. BUT, they do a great job on telling you how to get the diff out.

- Disconnect and tape to the side the axle speed sensors. Thy look like they could be fragile!

- Mark the axle shaft to pumpkin bolt locations so, if you swap back to the open diff, it is clocked the same way. (Not sure if it matters, but it was mentioned to me by multiple people).

- Disconnect the breather hose.

- Support the diff while unbolting.

- When putting the new diff in, for the love of God, do NOT cross thread the bolts. They are hardened, so they'll mess up the welded in (trapped) nuts inside the frame. They should spin in by hand. I wouldn't recommend "lifting" the diff in to place by tightening them. (Use a tranny jack to lift the diff completely, then tighten/torque the bolts.

- Reconnect the breather tube BEFORE lifting the LSD completely in to place.

I put a "sale" and and "@" you so you can respond. It'll preserve it for posterity, and give folks a price reference.

Thanks @Mugzilla.

Thanks for being so easy to work with! Your communication has been great and worth the wait. I cant wait to get the diff installed and have better control when breaking the rear end loose.

Thanks again for a smooth transaction!

Phil
