2017 model year is still a long while away so I don't think it's totally out of the question or unusual to not have seen any teasers. Most mfgrs still haven't built a 2016.

Might be true when looking at cars made from traditional materials and using traditional construction, but the next generation of cars is beginning to see more widespread use of carbon fiber mixed into the construction. With CAFE requirements getting tougher and tougher in the next few years...

Yea some of the biggest enthusiasts cars out there in recent years have been 4 cyl turbos. WRX STI and Mitsu EVO. Little monsters.

Yea I've read about those ecoboost engines.. they have been putting out incredible power/tq with a tune with just a 2.3l.

Lexus RC F is one on my list. It'll be tough seeing and maybe test driving all these real cars before we even get a whiff of what the Z35 could be/look like.

I really like that top render above the Fairlady Z design sketches.. It's got a great mix of current Z and old Z styling.

Don't like how it's going multiple engines/models! The Z heritage includes one engine offering for each model.
