It was actually super easy compared to the intakes haha. The instructions from Mishimoto said to unhook and flip over the drivers side intercooler. The paper was like. Simply pull towards and lift up.. I tried and tried, that was not happening. I managed to unhook the pcv line on both ends and...

Got the intakes buttoned up yesterday and installed the Mishimoto oil catch can. The intakes were a bit of a fun time. Like others. Unclipping the stock boxes from the tube was a bit of a fun time. Only other issue I had was on the passenger side I had a bit of trouble with the provided intake...

Haha oh it's bad. I haven't got the bill from FedEx yet, the side skirts and lip came in at like 2700 with shipping and converting, very tough pill to swallow there. Assuming FedEx is gonna nail me for at least another couple hundred

It's crazy the difference just those make, gives it such a more modern feeling inside lol no idea why they went halogen to begin with other than to save a few cents

Wasting no time lmao. Carbon engine cover/radiator air guide, front lip and side skirts, got the badge on the rear. Did the led map lights and hatch lamp.

  9. Nissan Z Canadian discussion (owners or soon to be!)

I'll have to do some sound clips when I get it home. Im running the MAPerformance full catted downpipes and the Fast intentions non resonated TDX system. My dealer has a few photos he took from when they installed the system, I'll get him to send those over

I'm sure it's possible, is there any extra modules or anything that go with the 9"? If it's just the head unit, I'm sure it'd be a direct swap

Honest no, not at all! Boulder was my close second at the time, but they actually have a blue on hand here too in the show room. And for some reason my eyes keep going to the boulder now. It's so stunning in person and he pearl makes he colour change so much it gets a different attitude in each...

Keys in hand. Ceramic coat and detailing done. Exhaust and downpipes installed. Can take it home any time I get a chance or figure a way out! Nice low idle, a little bark at throttle. Sounds great!

Well she finally showed up! dropped off this morning before they opened. Too bad it's a blizzard out there! lmao
  16. Nissan Z Canadian discussion (owners or soon to be!)

I told the dealer just to go ahead and mount the frame for now. I wasn't too concerned about it, as I think it's a fairly less invasive install, believe two small holes get knocked out inside the grille, and I don't want to be dealing with the hassle of the no front plate tickets. Ontario cops...

Yeah I am kind of surprised too, it landed at the Toronto compound last week, hasn't made it up north yet. He figured it'd land this week. Sucks about the snow yeah :( The last few weeks here haven't been too bad, the roads have been decent and dry, but of course, lets throw a blizzard into...

Spoke too soon. It just rolled in. Largest box I've ever taken delivery of for a car lol
  19. Nissan Z Canadian discussion (owners or soon to be!)

Thanks! those are all great ideas, I am definitely going to work on the kill switch and the box I'll look into, it only makes sense! The car hasn't arrived to the dealership just yet, we were hoping for this week, but who knows! Already all signed and ready. I'm not too concerned at the moment...
  20. Nissan Z Canadian discussion (owners or soon to be!)

Haha yes. If the roads are dry enough I'll drive home to the garage, if it's shitty they've made some room in the showroom already for it
