I think that's a pipe dream, and here's why -
This whole notion of "if everyone did X, no one would overpay" is a complete meme. Expensive and affordable are relative terms. Why would someone go through the effort of boycotting a seller when they don't need it to be cheaper? Plenty of people...
It's not a problem with kids, it's a problem of mass consumerism and marketing that plays on their psychology. Constant exposure to cheap, instant gratification desensitizes the mind and makes delayed gratification difficult. Additionally, our monkey desire to fit in with the tribe hasn't caught...
You can still find lightly used ones in the high 50s. Worst case there's always a loaded GT premium...though I'd rather have the Z at that point. I like the Bullitt because my fav. color is green plus I love the clean styling.
I'm in the same spot. Finished my education, landed my first sick job, no way I'm gonna lay back and wait to live the dream I had since I played NFS 2 in the late 90's. That being said, I don't "need" it. There are 2 other cars in our driveway, and believe it or not I still enjoy driving grocery...
We don't need government employees to do anything other than approve the projects. The heavily lifting can be subcontracted to the private sector.
And the whole point of the system is to not need people for anything anymore, other than to maintain the system and add functionalities. Why do I...
Your points are valid. I will do my best to explain my point of view, I may be wrong as it's speculation.
Yes current computer vision tech can only work with the cleanest, crispest infrastructure. But that's now. Computers having human-like perception is not something in the far future, the...
We should not lament it. I'm at peace with it...I'm grateful to even own real 1 sports car in my entire life (which will be the Z). As long as I get to live out that childhood dream, I know there will be cool things out there for me to pick up after. And we can still probably drive our cars on...
P much this. Such a bland, watered down experience at which point it's better to spend elsewhere...always wanted to open my own gym might just work towards that :p
I get amazing 0-60 in fast trains and airplanes all the time. Yes, I'm not driving them, but none of us are gonna be driving cars...
I saw the yellow in person at Yorkdale mall. It certainly does stand out, but it's not like a neon or anything. Just a nice, clean yellow with some small metallic flakes. It's a much more eye pleasing color than I thought it would look in photos.
Same, placed mine on the 31st here in the Toronto area. I called the dealer I booked with to confirm as I had the same worry as you.
My guy told me he's still getting calls from customers who are upset the Z's are all booked out (performance manual). Apparently none of them took a look at the...
