  1. ⏱ 2023 Nissan Z Launch Timeline Schedule - SOP, Media First Drives, Sales Start

+1 re: the exhaust. @Dan_Passe or anyone else, are you able to clarify what exhaust the manual performance trim comes with?
  2. Hands Up all the Aussies

Last I got told a couple of days ago was there’s been a dealers meeting confirming the car would be launching ahead of other models, and to expect July. I tried to push a bit on price, didn’t get anything specific but $80k as a ballpark guess.
  3. Hands Up all the Aussies

It'd want to come with the larger infotainment screen, full tank of gas & floormats for that lol.
  4. Hands Up all the Aussies

Thanks for the intel @West Aussie. 89K! Hope that's not the case...I think 80k is the top for me, otherwise I think it's too close to imported R35 GTR money or maybe an older Cayman...
  5. Hands Up all the Aussies

I'm in the US at the moment and saw an Infiniti Q60 Red Sport for hire. I thought it'd be a good opportunity to 'preview' the Z as it's got the same engine. The car was great! Super fast, nice ride. My last sports car was a Skyline, so in comparison to this there's no turbo lag, & felt way...
  6. 2023 Nissan Z Vehicle Price Ordering Guide LEAKED First Look!

At least it looks like there's still the better Bose speaker package available with the 8-inch screen, hopefully we'll get that in the Aussie model.
  7. New Nissan Z launches in Australia mid-2022 with two trims (Z coupe + Z Proto Spec)

Fingers crossed that although we’re getting the smaller head unit, we at least get the better Bose speaker package.
  8. Hands Up all the Aussies

I think the smaller infotainment isn’t too much of a surprise. I feel like we always tend to miss out on good options in Aus, so one of the biggest hesitations for me with ordering was that somehow we’d end up not getting some of the key features-like mechanical LSD, or as with some other cars a...
  9. Hands Up all the Aussies

    My pre-order is for a '400z' lol.
  10. Hands Up all the Aussies

    Pre-orders made the news: https://www.drive.com.au/news/australians-are-already-ordering-the-2022-nissan-z/
  11. Hands Up all the Aussies

Hey all, yeah I'm from the ACT. I've put down a deposit, was told it'd be 5k for the 'launch edition' / proto spec, otherwise 1k. I've put a deposit down for a blue, manual, & hopefully it ends up being the performance spec that makes it here. Dealer seems to be expecting $70ish k.
  12. Interview w/ Nissan Executive Dan Passe on the 2023 Z -- YES the supra was...

Hey Steve what do you think of the blue after seeing it irl? Is it kinda dark or light?
  13. MotoManTV Interview with Alfonso Albaisa, Nissan Z designer

I think the Nissan spec sheets are pretty clear that it’ll be 400hp for the performance and sport versions, so to me this is a clear indication of a Nismo coming. Nissan has always said they’ll make one if there’s enough volume. This car is going to sell itself. If they had the volume to do it...
  14. MotoManTV Interview with Alfonso Albaisa, Nissan Z designer

I totally took that interview as meaning there'll be a Nismo.
  15. Interview w/ Nissan Executive Dan Passe on the 2023 Z -- YES the supra was...

Great video. Appreciate the amount of effort that has gone into this product and the reveal. This'll be a car that I'm hoping to keep as a collectable, and it's awesome how much they've incorporated heritage design & the product itself. We're super lucky.

    Thanks in advance!
  17. Black Diamond 2023 Nissan Z previewed

    Hey @supraboi , could you do a white/black render?
