Heres how much I caught after 2000km (1250 miles). I use 5w30 oil, its hot here, and rev the car out everytime I drive. Looks to be about 30-40ml? I dont know you be the judge, but its definitely worth it in the long term in my opinion.
Not as much as stock because the mufflers may differ between the at and mt. However, the auto transmission might still be slightly louder full throttle due to the shorter gear ratios, so it maintains a higher rpm between gear shifts.
Interesting that you havent scraped. I was very concerned with the low clearance when i installed the awe exhaust. We measured a ground clearance of 3.5 inches at the lowest point in the rear pipes. I guess because its in the rear it wont scrape as much? How much clearance do you have on yours...
Sway bars will be good for you. The ones from z1 are prolly a bit on the stiffer side and they can get squeaky in colder temps due to the poly bushings but thats what im rocking. For you I suggest either the nismo sway bars or the stillen.

Indeed I am. We have a small Z community here aswell but im seeing them more on the road lately. Heat exchanger already ordered and ready to install, im thinking of doing them at the same time as the intakes, it just makes the job easier.
Nah I dont plan doing all no tune, thats not logical. Just one of them with the exhuast while the other for the tune. Ill prolly do intakes and get tuned with the ldp at the same time.
It likes to upshift alot on mine. If i go half throttle to overtake, it downshifts as usual, and then when I lessen throttle but then try going back on the gas, I find myself somehow already in 9th gear. If i floor it and let off the throttle it instantly upshifts to the overdrive gears instead...
I think thats normal. The tuning on these transmissions for daily driving is just plain bad, I swear I cant wait for a TCU tune to be out already because I feel like the car i just eager to upshift for no apparent reason.
Ill keep it short and simple. My car has nothing but awe track edition exhaust. Fortunately it sounds great up until 4k rpm where it dies out and starts sounding like a vacuum cleaner which is probably due to the bottleneck on the downpipes. Now I wanna get lower downpipes and ams intakes...

Im installing spacers today. Rear tyres 285/35/19 and fronts 275/35/19, they run well together. Car oversteers more which is what i want. Factory understeers quite a bit.
Lots of ways to go from here. I even got a suggestion to make the exhaust tips into the same colour aswell. With the katana, its a plastic piece I believe, so it might not reflect the same way and might be a mismatch depsite being the same colour. But its def an option, ill have to see if it...
