  1. Advice on buying a Z

Wow - 1,187 miles??? Be careful doing those last 13 miles of break-in ;)
  2. Advice on buying a Z

Congrats! I think you'll enjoy that a lot more then a hail damaged one
  3. Advice on buying a Z

Search on sites like cars.com for a Performance Z that's within 500 miles or so of where you are. You'll likely find many options that work for you, and then you can use Costco auto program to get a great price locked in. Fly out (tickets would only be $200-300 for a short trip like that), buy...
  4. Advice on buying a Z

I would avoid the hail-damaged one. Cars never look good after hail damage repair, and many times have a glue-odor inside. A $1500 discount for hail is way too little, in my opinion. The Costco auto program is a super-easy way to get the best deal on a new Z. I saved about $8500 on my...
  5. EXOGLOSS... is it the same as Ceramic Coating your car?

Unfortunately it looks like another crafty dealer upsell. https://exogloss.com/
  6. Rubbing sound when launching in first gear, new 2025 Z

    Maybe it's the differential?

  8. Tomei Titanium Exhaust Cat Back ( Nismo )

That sounds great! Thanks for supplying multiple sound clips. Do you have the Y-pipe also, or is that simply the catback? Also, where did you buy it?
  9. How does this 2025 Bayside Blue have the Blue interior?

My theory is that they decided to simplify production. The car in the Nissan Gallery showroom in Tokyo was also Bayside Blue / blue interior, so the idea that the press car was blue/blue makes sense.
  10. Driving My New Z

Go slow and take your time as you get comfortable with the car. Enjoy the process - you will get familiar with it over time. When I first purchased my Evo (many, many years ago) I thought it might be too much power. Over time, I got used to feel and power of the car and after a while decided...
  11. New Bayside Blue 2025 Z - Costco Auto program for the win!

Yup, that's the one! Tokyo in April is much cooler weather than in July ;)
  12. New Bayside Blue 2025 Z - Costco Auto program for the win!

Howdy! Like many of the other recent "just purchased a new Z" posts, I picked up a Bayside Blue 2025 Z Performance/6SPD last week. I've been on the fence for over a year. I almost bought a 2024 Seiran Blue, but then backed out when the dealer made an error in the transaction. Fast-forward to...
