So, I still have this issue even after changing the air filters. It seems to do it less but it's still present. I was going to clean the Mass Air Flow Sensors to see if that would make a difference. I just have to find the alcohol spray bottles. If I take it to the dealership, they're not...

Actually I had been driving it all day up to that point. I was DoorDashing and driving kind of rapidly (as usual). Only when I did a full throttle acceleration that it did this behavior. I have noticed that it does this at or just before an upshift... I'll have to pay closer attention.

Finally got my air filters changed. We'll see if this fixes this issue. Gotta do some high RPM pulls and Michigan U slides lol. Will report!

I think I want to change some parts to NISMO parts, and do the Z1 overhaul. Then it could be called the Z1 NISMO. And it would (I think) be cheaper than trading for an actual NISMO...

When people hear "400Z" here, they assume it means 4 Liters. I don't correct them for that because they don't say their assumption out loud. But the inflection they put on "oh REALLY, they stepped it UP" tells all lol.
