Update: I got the Hipermax R installed and they are perfectly fine with the comfort (default) settings. The Z feels much better now. Much more stable in corners and the bouncing is dampened quickly.

I refuse to watch the video, as I don't approve of GT-R destruction. :mad:

My RZ34 Z-NISMO bounces with every road imperfection at highway speed. In case you're wondering, the factory transport-stubs have been removed. That is why I am considering replacing the suspension. I'm leaning towards the HKS Hypermax-R, which is why your comment about being too stiff...

These would replace the factory Z-NISMO setup, so that's why I am considering them over the S-series. What is the stiffness of the factory Z-NISMO setup? I don't want to get the Hypermax-S and be a downgrade.

What is the group's choice between: a) HKS Hypermax R b) KW V3 c) NISMO coilovers d) Tein coilovers

They should have just done the black parts. The orange edge will fade differently than the paint.

Thanks! Yes, it's very light. The shop owner couldn't believe the difference. The finished product looks much better than what appears in the NISMO JDM catalog. It has a bit of a precious metal look. Great finish and light reflection.
