It's one of the only body kits ive seen that I kinda like. 6.7k AUD RRP for the set minus the goofy wing tho... not sure I like it that much. Maybe one day
in other happy news, I had these installed today. If anyone is looking for tyres in Sydney I have a contact who will sort you out, mobile service if you want as well.
Haven't properly test driven them yet but so far they feel great
I will be testing the xforce varex system when they finish building the prototype. I will let you know how it goes :)
As for the varex, I believe it has come a long way in recent years in terms of build quality and reliability, and is now light years ahead of your 2010 era varex system. I had...
Suktek ppf has nissan Z cutouts / design available. It's got a seam across the boot lid below the glass where theres a bodyline. Thankfully my detailer thought that was stupid and covered my boot with no visible joins between PPF sheets!
the proto spec yellow showing through the purple wrap wherever there are panel gaps is a massive fail.
BIGZNRG's wrap is totally superior in every way to the rubbish keep it reet effort
very good - your wheels will extend 20mm in the front and 21mm in the rear over stock. This is pretty much spot on for most applications. If you want to be fully hectic and run mad camber you could go up to +30mm, but if you were one of those guys you wouldn't be here asking this so, +20mm...
correct. In this picture the lug nuts go where it says "face-1" etc, the tyre is seated on the bead at the top right of the picture, and you can see the different sizes and shapes of the rims / lips / dish there.
Your brake caliper will therefore fit in the space underneath the curve in this...
xforce are in the process of developing a valved exhaust system for the Z. They have been working on it for about a month, no idea when it will be available for sale. I'll put a post up here when new information becomes available
I already pissed off the fake noise. I'm ok with the noise cancellation so I left that, although it will be better when the exhaust is on. Right now I can't hear jack when driving, which is weird to me after spending the past forever driving cars with loud engines and exhausts.
I find this weird and disturbing, especially during the run-in period. I don't want my engine revving itself when I put my foot on the clutch.
Haven't seen anything about it on the tubes however...
it comes with 10.5 inch rear wheels, 0.5 increase over stock performance spec. From what I can see in the pics it looks like they have kept a 275 wide tyre on it.
