I have QJ's too. Are you just using the standard blocks that come with it on the pinch welds when lifting? Thats what I had been doing but looking for a better solution.
The "official" QJ pinch weld blocks are too deep in the cuts I am afraid to use them on the Z.
I made a thread about it...
Yup. Turning this off. It's way too sensitive.
My frontier has the vibrating steering wheel and it's so much better. Just kind of feels like you are going over rumble strips but it's very mild. I leave it on. I wish the Z had vibration or an option for it.
It's directional.
Up will always be sport and down will always be Standard (in a non-nismo.) I once thought mine was broken too cause I thought it would just cycle through the modes whatever direction I pressed.
The dash tells you what mode you are in.
Yikes! I had an issue with Z1 once and they balked at first but made it right after I wouldn't let it go. They must get scammed a lot or something to be that unwilling to help people with real issues right off the cuff. Or maybe it just depends on who you get.
When I told them the oil filter...
It's really just "bad" if you want to drive it fast and don't let the tires warm up. In very cold temps tires will be more brittle as the rubber is harder leading to loss of traction and possible abnormal wear of the tires.
Going around the block or even across town once every coupe weeks on...

Are you worried about the tires getting flat spots? I think they make stands / chucks that "cup" your wheels for long-term storage so the tires dont lose shape.
I live in a cold / winter place too. Usually at least once a month I can roll the Z out and drive around the block. Had my Z out in...
Thats where I put my sunglasses.
My phone fits nicely next to the shifter on top of the drive mode button. Unless I drive crazy it doesn't change the drive mode or slide off too easily.
Nice job finding a solution for your phone placement.
I'm happy with the Z1. Not to nit-pick but just wanted to clarify for people who don't know, you are not drilling new holes, you are making 3 existing holes a tad bigger with a drill bit. The rivet tool that comes with it is easy to use though.
My biggest complaint with the Z1 shroud is the...
So you have the Taco AND a Z now right?
I kept my Frontier too as I live in a place that gets all 4 seasons. Would roll with just a Z if I could but mid-side truck + Z club!
Saw a new blue Perf yesterday and a gray one today. Probably the ones I have already seen around town. I need to start remembering their license plates or something lol.
I did see a dark green 240z today too. Only the 2nd 240 I have seen in the wild here.
