I can't find any "expiration date" on the solonoid, so my plan is to just replace it around 60k. But it doesn't seem like a definite failure point, just a weak link. There are tons of VR30s out there and engine oil starvation failures are not a common occurance.

@Nismo-Otown is correct, use dish detergent and a barrel brush. Wheel cleaners are a waste of money, they always leave something behind and the wheel needs a wipe down anyway.
If you can spring for it, getting your wheels ceramic coated will make this much easier.

I still have the summer potenzas and they are awful below around 40 degrees. I only took it out on 40+ degree days and if the roads were salt free, which is never right now.
Excellent decision on getting PPF and ceramic coating, your car will look brand new for years and washes are going to be so easy. I got just ceramic and the car looks washed with a foam spray, rinse and quick drive down the highway.
