  1. A Look at Nissan Z Gauges & Displays Graphics

From the factory, it's a GT car. If it isn't much trouble to provide a G-force meter, why not throw it in? Nissan knows many owners will be modding the car.
  2. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

The Z will be basically the same as a 370 as far as visibility goes. I'm 6'3" so I have the seat all the way back, so there is a gigantic blind spot on the left. You can't see shit. I do have a reverse camera that I can keep on at all times, so that helps. Otherwise visibility is fine and it's a...
  3. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Same here. Stay away from Nissan CVT's and you are in great shape. I've driven Nissans since 1991 and can count on one hand times I was let down. I own a 2015 Xterra Pro-4X with 90,000 miles, which has been driven through blizzards and through 110 degree Las Vegas summers, across the country...
  4. Why the long delay in pricing?

Would not surprise me if the Performance is around $51K. A Q60 Red Sport is $59K. Same engine. Same factory. Made in Japan. Nissan just spent over $300 million renovating Tochigi. I would bet Nissan wanted to keep it under $50K but inflation is making everything skyrocket in price. Get used to...
  5. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Agree on the 370Z Nismo V1 wheels- I have them on my 370Z and they would look great on the new Z as well- they should be a perfect fit. New ones still available from Concept Z Performance.
  6. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Never driven a 370 before? TBH, existing 370Z owners and established Nissan customers (I've owned a 240SX, 300ZX, G35, Maxima, and now own a 370 and Xterra) should have first dibs on the updated Z.
  7. Next Gen 2024 Ford Mustang Spied

Still will be full of steel
  8. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

I'm enjoying my modded 370 right now, and will be getting a Z in a couple years, along with keeping the 370.
  9. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

I am one of Savageese's Patreon subscribers at $5/month. He posted a one minute clip on YouTube for his subscribers. They spent 11 hours at a track for 8 minutes of footage. He had full support from Nissan USA.
  10. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Savagegeese got first dibs on the Z from Nissan USA, can't post his video yet, and all he said is that it is "amazing".
  11. Why the long delay in pricing?

Issues with suppliers and chip shortages are holding up the Z and countless other vehicles. Inflation is causing prices to go up basically every day. The Performance Z will be around $51K or so due to this in my estimation.
  12. Complaint about the Z release

Can't wait to see if China gets "cancelled" like Russia has been.
  13. Complaint about the Z release

Good luck! Even buyers of a Ford Maverick are waiting until 2023. Here's an update a Porsche buyer got after the ship sank in the Atlantic, taking 4,000 cars with it. Obviously a screwup, but hilarious:
  14. ⏱ 2023 Nissan Z Launch Timeline Schedule - SOP, Media First Drives, Sales Start

Hopefully the ship that brings the initial allotment of Z's to the US doesn't sink like the Felicity Ace just did- over $400 million (4,000 vehicles) of Porsches, Lambos, VW's and Bentleys just sank in the Atlantic. Imagine those people who ordered a car and now won't get it for quite awhile...
  15. Will the Z’s weight matter to you? / How the Z's weight stack up to the competition

The new BMW M240i Coupe is at 3,800 lbs with the 382HP engine. Makes the Z seem like a feather in comparison.
  16. ⏱ 2023 Nissan Z Launch Timeline Schedule - SOP, Media First Drives, Sales Start

Not surprised on the deliveries coming in summer instead of spring. Lucid just cut their production forecast due to lack of parts from suppliers and it is a problem across the board. Ford temporarily shut down production of the Bronco due to chip supplies. The list goes on.
  17. ⏱ 2023 Nissan Z Launch Timeline Schedule - SOP, Media First Drives, Sales Start

They spent a ton of time tuning the electric steering. Basically it was 24/7 between teams in Arizona and Japan. They wouldn't release a car with steering that is a downgrade in feel from the previous generation.
