No tracking. Just wanting to squeeze a bit more power, and be that much more exclusive. Maybe just airbox, downpipes, tune?

Thanks for input. I thought that downpipes were biggest restriction and that Nismo catback exhaust wasn't too bad. Indeed, heat Exchanger on the next potential list, though again Nismo oem thought was ok. Thanks.

Hi all, Looking at the following to add power to my '24 Z Nismo. Keeping stock exhaust adding full downpipes, cold air intakes, intercoolers, and custom EcuTek tune. Thoughts and HP Torque gains estimates? 100HP? Looks like about $12k Cdn installed. ALP.28.05.0002-2 AMS Performance VR30DDTT...

I thought Nissan announced that they were reducing production primarily for customer ordered units and that would essentially eliminate discounts. So, once dealer current stock sold, discounts history.

Thanks! Feeling better about the OEM Dunlops. NOPE! No winter driving my Z. I've got an F150 Powerboost AWD 3.5 litre twin turbo, with leveled Eibach shocks and K03 tires and an Expedition Timberline that take care of our winter needs. 🥶

Hhmm...I'll take note of that. Though I have found Sport mode less quirky as well in general.

Thanks for detailed reply. I Indeed expected temperatures and road conditions to be a factor. From my 370z Nismo recollection, I didn't experience this degree of tire concern, though 350 hp in that case. Nor with my GTR tires. In both cases very familiar with reduced temperature traction...

Let us know how the installation goes. Perhaps a few pics of any key steps? I'm getting this kit and considering DIY or dealer install.

Either not shifting when paddle pulled, mostly 2nd to 3rd, or hanging on too long, or Jerky. Mostly counter intuitive. Does not happen often, just now and again. Noticeably, where my R35 GTR was wayyyy better, in normal driving.
