i recently discovered a mediterranean restaurant and the food is fantastic. once our house is finished im gonna get my wife to learn how to cook some in the new kitchen she just had to have

Finished product. Left one is Texas style (my preference) and the other is sweet (wife's preference).

It has it's place (like burnt ends) but I definitely prefer my 16 mesh black pepper and salt.

There's subtle differences between countries, kinda like going from TX to KC to TN barbeque.

so i went to my favorite new mediterranean restaurant (again) and was taking pictures of my plate. the owner saw me and was afraid something might be wrong.

told him everything was great and said i was taking pictures to tell others about it and id already recommended several people who have come to eat here.

he was so happy that he had the chef bring me a lamb shank and blackened chicken for free...
