Been on the market for a Black Rhino car hauler to handle the Z. I sold off a steel equipment trailer that I use for the ZT, compact tractor/backhoe, just about everything bigger than what my baby utility handles and FINALLY got this absolute beauty. Futura has forever been outside of my price range, I simply cannot justify paying tens of thousands to transport a car when I'll never own one whose value at any time is well under $100k. I'd rather take the family around the world for a month or two, anything really, not a toy hauler. I invest in PPF and drive them to every event because I love to drive. Taking the Z to CMP in June from KY and plan to drive it. That said Futura finally released something not obscenely priced and dialed down just enough in features to really crush it in the space/price range.

Here is the product page: https://www.futuratrailers.com/product/rt500-ramp-trailer/

Ok so I stumbled into a great deal on this, essentially cost on the trailer, no tax/tag/reg (KY) yet full price on accessories. The accessories being just the spare and rock guard. I rolled this off for just under $10,900 OTD but again I didn't have to pay tax. If you happen to be in the Indianapolis area (I live in KY but traveled 2.5 hours to grab it) and would like the same deal, he's got 1 left, just DM me and I'll put you in touch direclty with the shop owner. To be clear, that's 4k off new as configured and nobody is letting these go at that price, call around.

I plan to do a full review after getting some more time on it, loading the Z later today if I have time to see how it feels. Ramps are 8' so my lowered Z will have zero issues rolling up. The drive home was smooth unloaded, loaded I feel it will simply glide. I needed aluminum because I do not wan't to go to 3/4 ton and I aint' letting go of my 11.4 sec. coyote F150 ; ) too much blood & sweat in her.

Do check these trailers out, for a few k more than you'd pay for a mid-grade aluminum car hauler you can get an RT500. They are masterfully crafted works of art.

...or a week at Disney World. And I'm a Florida resident 😫

Congrats! Can't wait to see it all loaded up.
Ain’t that the truth. Grew up in Tampa/Tallahasse, wife grew up in Tallahassee Orlando. We have 3 of our own and zero times have we been to Disney outside of grandma taking us (our 3 sons) and wow it’s depressing.

Thanks!!!

Although I can understand why people hate WDW, we love it (wife and 11 y/o). As soon as we leave we want to go back, even after spending that much money in such a short amount of time. Hoping when my daughter is out on her own she’ll foot the bill at least once.
Not a ton of people from Tallahassee. Pretty small place for being Florida’s capital.
Cheers!

I had a lowering Futura for a season. yes well made and very nice. The remote control lowering and winch really spoil you.
I take it that one doesn't lower?
I landed on a 22' alumn trailer and have gone back to ramps.

Yep ramps only, no lowering but he showed me a supersport (is that what you had?) flatbed variant that lowered and I could not believe how smooth and low it got. By the time it was on the ground it seemed like witchcraft to me haha. That line seems exceptional. Going to get it loaded today, was holding out for a set of 8-points (arriving tomorrow) but I cannot any longer.

Yeah it’s just such a rotting husk compared to what it used to be when we she and I were kids 40 years ago. Especially small world and pirates cove. Things falling apart, paint fading and at some point they cheaped out and now use animatronics instead of actual, unmistakable wizards magic. Even the ghosts are not actually ghosts any more : ) and forget my favorite place, the magic shop. Chock full of street gimmicks instead of powerful arcane artifacts. It’s more that than anything else, and yeah the price. We used to live at DW, Epcot, Bush Gardens and Adventure Island as kids. Was like $20 for a day at any of them, half off or free for our young siblings hah.

yes it was magic how flat it got.
Had trouble w remotes and the lowering cable would get bound up and frayed. The air dam kept coming apart.
Great trailers- just too much maintenance for what you paid. The race car takes enough attn and $.

Man thanks for the transparency, I wouldn’t have imagined falling into a great deal on one but before you said anything I would have it happened on a used or trade etc. Yeah, if fussy/high-maintenance I’d be pissed.
