I agree with the Plate and numbering. I suppose with the Initial Z rollout gone wrong they are catching up by doing these things afterwards.

I purchased the car on 9/08/22 and the Box arrived 1/05/23. so bout 4 months. The box was shipped from California.

This is really a coincidence but I can home this eve and look what Chevrolet sent me to document my 22 C8 Corvette You be the judge…which is nicer/better? The Vette Glass replica gift or the Z Proto Folios? FYI..I took delivery of the C8 on May 23rd 2022. Months before the Z proto. Regardless a Nice high quality gift from Chevy too!

How long between the time of purchase and when the box arrived?

I was really surprised Nissan did not badge these cars like Shelby does. Should be a small plate engraved with limited Edition 58 of 240 - something simple would have gone a long way IMHO.

Agree…this little box is nice for sure, but not the same as something physically on the car …or actually numbering them.
I hate saying it because I don’t mean to make Proto buyers think I’m trashing the car ( I’m not…if you really want 5he Proto model then that’s all that matters) but in Aus we don’t even know for sure exactly how many are being made .
If rumours are right and we only receive 500 Z coupes this year then it’s highly possible there will be more Protos in Aus than any other coupe, at least for a year anyway ( especially if you bought a Rosewood)

I think we all agree a plate would have been a great item to install on each car. The folio is definitely cool. Nice touch & I’m sure you were happily surprised when it showed up.
