SOS Button

Just picked up my Z this past weekend and noticed the SOS button and all the app connections do not work. I have a service appointment scheduled but wondering if any of you ran into this issue.

Everest White Performance Z with red/black leather interior and CQuartz ceramic coating on the exterior. Now, I just need the sun to shine. Will let y’all know what I find out this morning. Hoping it’s a quick fix.

Wasted my time bringing it in on a Saturday morning. The person that needs to take a look wasn't there. Service departments are the worst, just like the dentist, never one stop shopping.

Word is TCU is faulty and they are ordering a new one which will arrive ... no one knows.

That's crazy! Mine worked right away, but it does take a few minutes sometimes for the app to 'connect' to the car for the NissanConnect functions & current data (door lock status etc), but to be expected with a cell connection really. Hope that TCU comes in soon and all is in working order afterwards! Did they say if anything else was controlled by the TCU that wouldn't be working either btw?

All done. Several back and forths to the dealership but they ended up having to order the TCU and replacing it. They said they had to program it twice to get it to work. They accidentally pressed the SOS button and the cops showed up at the dealership looking for me.
