oh it was available and i went through and spent 6-700 to purchase but the final say was no from DoT haha

I just saw this.
I was knocked back for ZP33D by PPQ/QLD transport. I tried arguing over the phone and got nowhere.
I went in to PPQ office and spoke with a nice person who heard me out, said they'd try to have it approved. It was approved the next week !
