Totally agree…try being on a diet.
11 kilos down 9 to go….I’m back in size 11 (size 9 in the US) jeans. I love seeing the results, but man I miss my food

Tonight's dinner is a mojito lime tri-tip with homemade cuban beans and cilantro lime rice. In the sous vide right now, then getting seared to holy hell after. Speaking of sous vide, if you're into that madness like I am you NEED one of these...

Made butter chicken from scratch. Forgot how fucking long it takes. Even worse when you somehow lose your blender and have to use a small food processor to smooth out the sauce - which is why the sauce isn't as smooth as it should be.
