Z family….shortly after I purchased my 2024 Nismo I started to observe what appeared to be dimples or indentations along the left and right side of the front facia. Oddly overtime, it started on one side and became more prominent in the same general location on the left and right side overtime.

Unfortunately, I had an XPEL wrap put on the car the second day of ownership and had to remove the portions on the front bumper in order for the dealership to submit their claim. Sadly, corporate denied the claim with no real valid reason other than they stated it’s appeared on other vehicles, but pushed me to submit a consumer affairs case through corporate Nissan.

Anyone having similar dealings with the warranty process?

Was your vehicle garaged? What part of the country do you live in? My 24 Nizmo shows no signs of this.

Maybe I should have said some Nismo's have it , not most.

He's not talking about the peeling/ scratch line, that's where the PPF was removed to show the defect, its the small lump in the bumper cover.

Also interesting, if you look at the bare bumper cover, covers from two different vendors have the exact same mark on them near that area:

from Vega:

I wonder if they use a tool at the factory there to demold the parts or something?

It does look like Z_x3's is worse than most.

curious to see what the back side of that area looks like. when i worked in a machine shop making molds, the thicker part of the plastic piece would sometimes have what they called "shrinkage".

that's what this looks like to me. so i'm thinking there's a rib or boss support behind that area.
