The sales schedule for the Japanese spec Fairlady Z will be released on Jan 14, but according to Creative311 it has already been confirmed from Nissan's official e-mail newsletter. The scheduled release for Japan is Late June 2022.

....another 4 months of waiting for true pricing (non-proto)...hopefully this car gets into journalists hands long before that..maybe next month? let's hope one of the models they announce is the Nismo!

That is hopeful...but, I don't know how that will impact the Z if the SC issues continue/worsen this year...here's hoping..

Probably. But I’m clinging to an old rumor last year from an unreliable source stating the Nismo was coming to TAS. ?
I don't get the impression that it's going to be shown at TAS ?... but I also hope that I couldn't be more wrong. After owning non-Nismo's of both prior gens, it's practically Nismo model or bust for me at this point with how hyped I am for a new Nismo Z.
