The blessing and a curse of running a 20 year platform, I’ve heard of this issue in the older gens but didn’t know it was that bad on this model.The fuel level sensor never showing full is a known issue and has been a problem since the inception of the 370z.
The culprit is the fuel level sensor in the saddle tank behind the driver seat.
Part for reference below. I dont know if its the exact same on the Z. We'll have to compare part numbers.

Nissan wouldn’t address this unless others complain, like the freezing reverse camera, infotainment radio glitches, etc.
