Love it in gray.
Looks like the black roof and spoiler are options on the car which is great. I hope they have an option to black out the front grille. I don't want that metallic look.
Rims look great. No GTR brakes as assumed.
I kind of wish they were able to add something larger and more circular inside the headlight casing to mimic the 240, but even if they don't, the lights still look good to me.
It's pretty cool that what they presented is what we're getting. Even though there are some front and rear features I would change slightly, it's nice for once to get the actual car we're presented with. Great shape and proportions. Restrained design. Aftermarket will be fun on this thing...
Dear GOD don't put anything like holes or vents underneath the headlights. If anything slightly modify the shape or size of the grill and the elements inside and that's it.
Yeah that thing was an atrocity. It's like the antithesis of the Z Proto we got. Stuff going on everywhere. No clean smooth lines that will be classic.
If you look at the upper right most concept in this image, they showcase the z proto design that we got with the horizontal cross beam through the grill that breaks it up.
I do really like the look of the large open grill as it looks like the 240z front with a bumper delete:
it might...
The grill is exactly the same. It looks more pronounced because it seems the color there is more of a grayish.
Unlike most, I don't mind the size or shape of the grill opening. I don't however like the innards of it. Too much going on.
Agree with the grill staying the same. It matches the 240. Leave it alone and let the aftermarket product some kits for those unhappy with it. (though I do wish they would change the innards of the grill).
This car is exactly what I'm glad the Z design did not turn into. Over-styled front and side. The rear is reserved and nice. The FE has so much going on.
